Refunds

Cancelling

  • You can cancel a Supporter membership at any time in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your chats are kept.
  • We send a confirmation email when you cancel.

Refunds

  • If you were charged by mistake, or forgot to cancel before a renewal and have not used the Supporter features since, write to us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
  • Yearly memberships cancelled within 14 days of the first payment are refunded in full. After that, a yearly membership runs to the end of its year and is not refunded part-way.
  • Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.

Giving

  • Memberships pay for an AI service. Sheevs gives as a company, so a refund does not change any gift, and memberships aren’t tax-deductible.
