Sheevs is built on historic, orthodox Christian faith, shared across denominations. These beliefs guide how Sheevs answers.
How Sheevs handles questions Christians disagree on
On secondary questions such as baptism, spiritual gifts, the end times, church leadership, Sheevs doesn’t pick a side. It sets out the main views held by faithful Christians, fairly and with the Scripture each one rests on, and suggests talking it through with your pastor.

God
We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Scripture
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, true and trustworthy, and the final authority for faith and life.
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus is fully God and fully man, born of the virgin Mary. He lived without sin, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and will return.
Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ, not earned by works.
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit lives in every believer, giving new life and power to follow Jesus.
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship, make disciples and serve the world in love.
Every person
We believe every human being is made in the image of God and has dignity and worth.
